Hello! I'm Ustaad Sahab. I've been teaching Urdu to students of all ages around the World for over 10 years. My approach is rooted in patience and understanding.
Being bilingual myself, I know the challenges of learning a new language, whether you're a complete beginner, a professional, or reconnecting with a heritage language. My goal is to make learning Urdu enjoyable, culturally enriching, and deeply personal for every student.

Absolutely. Lessons are tailored to your starting point, whether that's complete beginner or already conversational.
Can I sit in on the lessons?
Of course, parents are always welcome to join and observe any session.
What platform do you use for teaching?
Lessons take place over a simple, safe video-call platform — no downloads or accounts needed for you or your child.
How long is a typical lesson?
Most lessons run 30–45 minutes, depending on the learner's age and goals.
Is there homework?
Light, optional practice may be suggested between lessons to reinforce vocabulary and reading.
Are there group lessons, or just 1-on-1?
Most lessons are personalized 1-on-1 sessions with Ustaad Sahab, so pacing and content are built entirely around the learner. Group lessons are also available if you'd like to learn together with siblings or friends — see Courses & Pricing for details.
What if I miss a lesson?
Just let us know in advance on WhatsApp and we'll help you reschedule to another slot that week where possible.
How is my child's progress tracked?
Ustaad Sahab shares progress notes after each lesson, and 4 & 8-session packs include a written progress tracking report so you can see what's been covered and what's next.
What if my child gets bored or doesn't like the tutor?
Every free trial lesson is a chance to see if it's a good fit, no obligation. If something isn't working, message us on WhatsApp and we'll adjust the approach or pacing to re-engage them.
