Booking details: when you book a free trial or lesson, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the name, email address, and time zone you provide to arrange the session.

Messages: if you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive the phone number and messages you send us through that platform.

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect more personal information from children than is necessary to deliver lessons; bookings should always be made by a parent or legal guardian.

We use the information we collect to respond to enquiries, schedule and deliver lessons, communicate about your booking, and improve our Service. We do not sell your personal information.

UrduBuddy lessons are designed for children, but bookings and account information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian, not by the child directly. We keep contact form and booking information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, deliver lessons, and meet any legal or accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
